American Red Cross Training

Class Description: 

This American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric CPR & AED certification class will prepare you to recognize and care for breathing, and cardiac emergencies involving adults, children and infants. This class meets OSHA/workplace requirements and meets the CPR requirement for the California Teaching Credential. 

• Adult, Child and Infant CPR

• How to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

• Conscious and Unconscious Choking

Class Format: This is a blended learning course including an online portion and an instructor-led classroom skill session. The online portion must be completed prior to attending the in-class portion.

Duration: Up to 1 hr 10 min class session + 1 hr 30 min online

Certification: 2 year American Red Cross certificate

Note: This class is not for Healthcare Providers or Medical/Nursing/EMT students. Please sign up for a BLS Provider course if you are in the medical field.
